Submit a Support Ticket by following these steps: 

  1. Login to Vault
  2. Select Submit a Support Ticket, located at the bottom of the screen
  3. Fill out and submit the support request form
  4. Watch your inbox, a case confirmation email will arrive shortly after submitting the request
